“In a world full of doing doing doing, it’s important to take a moment to just breathe, to just be.”

You may have heard the term ‘mindfulness’ before. Or whenever situations have gone out of control causing extreme frustration, you may have heard this advice – “just be”. But how many of you know what it really means? To just be?

Theoretically, mindfulness means having full awareness of the present moment, to be fully aware of the senses. It was first introduced as a meditative breathing practice in the 1970s by a Buddhist monk. Due to increasing mental health issues in current times, it has got more attention. There are many articles and books published on the topic.

However, not everyone can relate to the process of meditation. For many, it feels complicated and boring. But what if there was a much interesting alternative?

In this workshop, I will introduce a simple, fun, and very effective musical method to understand and practice mindfulness. You can easily make it a part of your daily life and the results will astonish you.

Benefits of mindfulness:
1. First and foremost- it reduces stress!!
2. Keeps your moods in check, regulates emotions.
3. Helps you remain calm and make better decisions.

5. Improves your overall mental, emotional, and physical health.
