I am Mohona, an artist and illustrator based out of Kolkata, India. I work primarily with pieces inspired by nature (with florals and botanicals being my main focus), although I do dabble in other subjects regularly. I have had the privilege of contributing my work to several group and solo shows over the years (including one in Tubingen, Germany) as well as published anthologies (Tales to Tell: Romance, 2016) and online zines. Most recently I have worked on creating content for brands like Tata Tiscon and collaborated with organisations and initiatives such as Teach for India, Support Elders, and Paint It Red. I started hosting live sessions and paid workshops in May 2020, and have since hosted over 60 such sessions with participants from all across the country as well as from various other parts of the world, in addition to several personalised, one-on-one classes.
