In the current pandemic times, people are finding it difficult to cope up with the stress, which in turn is affecting their physical, emotional, and mental health adversely. It is vital to keep stress levels in control to be able to function normally. Fear, depression, anxiety, confusion, lack of concentration, overthinking, insomnia, etc are the result of the challenges that one needs to work on for a better living. The overwhelming response of covid needs to be settled down in mind with grace and peace.

 

There are different techniques and ways to relax and calm the mind. The guided meditation and deep breathing will help to heal from inside and get rid of stress and anxiety. It is an opportunity to make you more confident, relaxed, and being at peace in every situation.

Required Materials/Equipment:

  • A mat or a bedsheet
  • Water in a glass or in a small bottle
  • A wet handkerchief to cover the eyes 

What techniques will be taught?

  • Effective use of hand mudras or hand gestures to remove stress and anxiety
  • Breathing Techniques to induce calmness and peace of mind.
